1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to Frame Sixty Publisher, the internal tool Frame Sixty uses to publish its own films to its own YouTube channel and TikTok account. Frame Sixty Publisher is not offered to third parties; only the Frame Sixty team may use it.

2. Platform terms

Frame Sixty Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. Posting to TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service. We follow each platform's community guidelines and label AI-generated content where the platform provides a label.

3. Our films

All films, characters, artwork, music and text published by Frame Sixty are original works or used under licence, and remain the property of Frame Sixty. You may watch and share them through the platforms' own sharing features. Please do not re-upload, sell or edit them without our written permission.

4. No warranty

This website and our films are provided "as is" for entertainment. Our stories are fiction; any resemblance to real persons or companies is coincidental.
