This policy explains how Frame Sixty ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in Frame Sixty Publisher, our internal tool that publishes our own daily short films to our own YouTube channel and our own TikTok account.

1. Who can use Frame Sixty Publisher

Frame Sixty Publisher is used only by the Frame Sixty team to manage Frame Sixty's own accounts. It is not offered to the public and it does not sign in, serve or collect data from any other users.

2. YouTube API Services

Frame Sixty Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With the permissions granted by the account owner (scopes youtube.upload and youtube.readonly), the tool:

• uploads our own finished videos with their title, description, tags and privacy setting to our own channel;
• reads our own channel's ID, name and handle, and the processing status of videos we uploaded, to confirm that publishing worked;
• about once a week, looks up public information about popular public Shorts in our genre (video title, duration, view and like counts) with YouTube search, only to inform our own creative planning. This public metadata is kept for no longer than 30 days, is never shown publicly and is never sold or shared.

It does not read, store or share personal data about YouTube users, comments, subscribers or viewers.

3. TikTok

With the permissions granted by the account owner (scopes user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish), the tool posts our own videos with their captions to our own TikTok account and reads our own basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) to confirm which account it is posting to. Use of TikTok is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.

4. What we store and how

• Authorization tokens (OAuth refresh and access tokens) for our own accounts, stored in a file readable only by the publishing service on our own server.
• Publishing records: the video IDs returned by YouTube and TikTok and the date and status of each upload.
• Research notes: public video metadata described in section 2, deleted or refreshed within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with other data. Tokens are kept only while the tool is in use and are deleted when access is revoked or the tool is retired.

5. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers and has no forms. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security, which are deleted automatically after 14 days.

6. Revoking access

The account owner can revoke Frame Sixty Publisher's access at any time: for Google/YouTube at Google security settings (Third-party apps with account access), and for TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. After revocation the stored tokens stop working and are deleted.

7. Children

Our films are made for a general adult audience and this tool is not directed to children.
